Rfive Design, Fall 2010

The summer is here and so are the Rfive summer hats for 2010.

Black hats w/free style stitch drawing. Thank you V&D!

Material: 100% cotton
Size: 14″ x 35.5″ (35cm x 90cm)

Tenugui is a traditional Japanese multipurpose towel. I grew up with tenugui and Roy couldn’t get enough of them and constantly adds to our collection. I personally like to use as a kitchen towel, or a scarf, and he’s all about wearing them.
This is our first attempt at creating our own tenugui as a product. Our original chusen dyed fabric was printed in Japan, and the first batch just arrived in Brooklyn!

Available in our store here.

This weekend, Rfive Design will be showing work @ 2 events.

First, we just finish the setup of our work for Windows Brooklyn

Our work will be displayed for the next 2 weeks at a beautiful boutique called Néda, located at 302 Court St. near DeGraw (Cobble hill).
Néda is a Contemporary Designer Boutique for women. They’re open until 7pm most evenings, and Thursdays throughout the summer is the Prosecco night. They open until 9pm & offering free Prosecco during the evening hours!

Renegade Craft Fair is also this weekend. The event features over 300 vendors selling a variety of creative wares. Its always a great event.
